- 为了选育多优集成的突破性香稻新品种,以香稻遗传解析、种质创新、骨干亲本构建、香型粳稻品种选育作为主要工作目标,并构建由62份资源组成的香型粳稻核心资源库,创制香稻核心种质绥9230。黑龙江省农业科学院绥化分院水稻品质育种研究所以黑龙江省首个香稻品种绥粳4号(绥9230)为母本、东农424为父本杂交,建立综合育种模块,打破遗传累赘,突破香味、早熟、优质、抗病、高产、广适性等多性状难以快速聚合的技术瓶颈,选育香稻新品种绥粳309。2018-2019年参加黑龙江省第二积温带区域试验,平均产量8 059.6 kg·hm-2,比对照品种龙粳21增产8.8%;2020年参加黑龙江省第二积温带生产试验,平均产量为8 568.1 kg·hm-2,比对照品种龙粳21增产8.7%。该品种农艺性状优良,具有香味浓郁、优质、高产、抗逆性强等特征特性,适宜在黑龙江省第二积温带需≥10 ℃活动积温2 500 ℃区域种植。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop breakthrough fragrant rice varieties with multiple optimal integrations, the main work objectives include genetic analysis of fragrant rice, germplasm innovation, construction of backbone parents, and breeding of fragrant rice (Oryza sativa Geng Grop) varieties. A core resource library of fragrant rice (Oryza sativa Geng Grop) consisting of 62 resources was constructed, and the fragrant rice core germplasm Sui 9230 was created. The Rice Quality Breeding Research Institute of Suihua Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences established a comprehensive breeding module by crossbreeding Suijing 4 (Sui9230), the first fragrant rice variety in Heilongjiang Province,as the female parent and Dongnong 424 as the male parent, breaking through genetic burdens and technical bottlenecks such as aroma, early maturity, high quality, disease resistance, high yield, and wide adaptability, and selecting a new fragrant rice variety Suijing 309. Participated in the second temperate zone trial in Heilongjiang Province from 2018 to 2019, with an average yield of 8 059.6 kg·ha-1, an increase of 8.8% compared to the control variety Longjing 21; In 2020, participated in the second accumulated temperature zone production experiment in Heilongjiang Province, with an average yield of 8 568.1 kg·ha-1, an increase of 8.7% compared to the control variety Longjing 21. This variety has excellent agronomic traits, including rich aroma, high quality, high yield, and strong stress resistance. It is suitable for planting in the second accumulated temperature zone of Heilongjiang Province, which requires an active accumulated temperature of ≥ 10 ℃ and 2 500 ℃.
