- 种子纯度关乎农作物产量、质量和抗病能力,对农业可持续性、市场准入至关重要。乡糯4是黑龙江省农业科学院2023年选育成功的高产优质鲜食玉米杂交种。为促进黑龙江省鲜食玉米分子标记辅助育种,以乡糯4玉米杂交种及其亲本、近似品种乡糯7杂交组合为材料,从40对玉米SSR核心引物中筛选出在乡糯4双亲之间多态性明显、重复性较好的2对引物bnlg1671y17、umc1936k4用于纯度鉴定,并利用田间小区种植方法鉴定乡糯4纯度。结果表明,SSR分子标记鉴定的纯度为98.96%,而田间小区鉴定的纯度为96.97%。田间小区鉴定的纯度略低于SSR分子标记鉴定的纯度,说明SSR分子标记可以为快速有效地鉴定生产中杂交种乡糯4的纯度增加准确性、可靠性及实用性。
- Abstract:
- Seed purity is related to crop yield, quality and disease resistance, which is crucial for agricultural sustainability and market access. Xiangnuo 4 is a high-yield and high-quality fresh maize hybrid successfully selected and bred by Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2023. In order to promote molecular marker assisted breeding of fresh maize in Heilongjiang Province, in this study, Xiangnuo 4 maize hybrid and its parents, the close variety Xiangnuo 7 hybrid combination were used as materials. And from 40 pairs of maize SSR core primers, two pairs of primers, bnlg1671y17 and umc1936k4 were screened, which had obvious polymorphism and good repeatability between the parents of Xiangnuo 4, were used for purity identification. The results showed that the purity of Xiangnuo 4 using SSR molecular markers was 98.96%, and the purity of Xingnuo 4 in field plots was 96.97%, which was slightly lower than that using SSR molecular markers. SSR molecular markers can increase accuracy, reliability, and practicality for quickly and effectively identifying the purity of hybrid variety Xiangnuo 4 in production.
