- 棉花种质资源的遗传纯度是其核心价值所在,而防杂保纯是维持棉花种质资源遗传纯度的关键技术手段。针对棉花的常异花授粉特性,系统总结了一套由空间隔离、遗传隔离、授粉隔离和物理隔离相结合的标准化棉花种质资源防杂保纯栽培管理技术要点,通过综合应用上述措施,有效阻断昆虫与风力介导的花粉传播,将非目标天然杂交率降至最低程度,从而在棉花种质资源日常繁殖的源头,确保棉花种质资源的遗传一致性。本技术要点具有较强的可操作性与适应性,可为棉花种质资源保存工作提供系统性的防杂保存解决方案。
