2022-2024年西安市蔬菜拟除虫菊酯类农药残留分析及膳食暴露评估

- 为了解西安市蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留状况及居民膳食暴露风险,2022-2024年共采集西安市10大类新鲜蔬菜共计3 198批次,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法对11项拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留水平进行检测,采用点评估法进行膳食暴露评估。结果表明,有532批次蔬菜样品共检出11种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留,检出率为16.64%(532/3 198),茎类蔬菜的检出率(31.43%,11/35)最高,根茎类和薯芋类蔬菜的超标率(3.16%,8/253)最高,有2.66%(85/3 198)的蔬菜样品检出2种及以上拟除虫菊酯类农药残留。11种拟除虫菊酯类农药的慢性膳食暴露风险值(%ADI)、急性膳食暴露风险值(%ARfD)均小于100%,食品安全指数值(IFS)均小于1。综上,西安市蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检出率和超标率处于较低水平,存在同一蔬菜有多种农药残留的现象,本次监测的蔬菜膳食摄入风险在一般人群中处于可接受范围。
