在乡村振兴战略的背景下，以师宗沃柑产业为研究对象，通过深入调研，系统剖析了其在高质量发展进程中面临的主要挑战，包括人才及技术服务支撑不足、优质特色品牌意识不强、冷链物流短板，以及财政金融扶持不足等问题。针对这些问题，提出了强化技术培训与服务、加强品牌建设、健全冷链物流体系、加大财政金融扶持等一系列针对性策略。以期为师宗沃柑产业的可持续发展提供理论与实践参考，也为类似地区的乡村产业发展提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, this paper took the Shizong Orah industry as the research subject. Through in-depth investigation, it systematically analyzed the main challenges faced in its high-quality development process, including insufficient support in terms of talent and technical services, and a lack of awareness regarding high-quality and distinctive branding, shortcomings in cold chain logistics, and insufficient fiscal and financial support. To address these issues, a series of targeted strategies have been proposed, such as strengthening technical training and services, enhancing brand building, improving the cold chain logistics system, and increasing fiscal and financial support. It is expected to provide theoretical and practical references for the sustainable development of the Shizong Orah industry, as well as to offer valuable insights for the development of rural industries in similar regions.
