- 结合国内玉米育种实践,综述了60Co-γ射线辐照技术在我国玉米自交系选育上的应用,论述了γ射线辐照技术可以增加变异的多样性,为创造新的玉米优良基因型提供了基础,可以选育出配合力高的突变系,证明了辐照与常规技术结合在选育材料上是有效可行的。
- Abstract:
- Combining with domestic maize breeding practice,the paper reviewed the application of 60Co-γ-ray irradiation in maize breeding in China,discussed irradiation could increase the variability of the variation,provide a good basis for the creation of new genotypes of maize line,bred a mutant with high ability,proved that irradiation with conventional technologies in the breeding material was effective and feasible.
