- 随着遗传学的不断发展, 遗传标记的种类和数量也不断增加。与其他标记技术相比, 分子标记技术具有许多明显的优越性, 因而应用也日趋广泛。综述了RFLP、RAPD、SS R、AFLP、SCAR、SNP、S RAP 等几种主要DNA 分子标记技术原理和方法及其在大豆疫霉根腐病研究中的应用。
- Abstract:
- With the co ntinuo usly development of genetics , the types and quantities o f g ene tic marker techniques alsoincreased r apidly .Compa red w ith o the r ma rke r techniques , mo lecular marker technique s had been applied w ide lyfor their supe rio rity .This paper summarized the principle a nd method o f sever al leading molecula r ma rke r techniques such as re st rictio n f ragment leng th polymo rphism(RFLP), random amplified po lymo rphic DNA(RAPD),simple sequence repeats(SSR), amplified fragments leng th po lymor phism(AFLP), seque nce characterized amplifiedregion(SCAR), sing le nucleotide polymo rphism(SNP)a nd sequence related amplified polymo rphism(S RAP)and their applica tion in the studies of soy bean phy tophthora roo t ro t disease .
