- 低温冷害是造成水稻减产的主要因素之一。CBF-DREB 转录因子家族是近年来发现的对植物抗逆反应起重要作用的一类基因。将来源于大白菜中的抗冷相关的转录因子B rDREB 基因与Bar 基因选择标记构建于pGreen0229 表达载体上, 用农杆菌介导法将其转入东北早粳稻的几个品种中, 获得带有Bar 基因选择标记的转BrDREB 基因的早粳稻植株。通过PCR 扩增、Southe rn 杂交检测分析表明, B rDREB 基因已被转入水稻中。

- Cold str ess is o ne o f the mo st impo rtant facto rs to decrea se the productivity o f rice sev erely .The g eneBrDREB be long to the CBF-DREB ge ne family , w hich plays an impo rtant role in r esisting abio tic stre ss , and iasdesig ned on vecto r PGreen0229 .The ge ne w as transfe rred into the rice calli by the w ay o f Agr obacte rium mediated, and the transg enic plants gained were detected by PC R and do tplo thy bridization
