砧木多效唑浸种对苦瓜嫁接幼苗生长的影响

- 为培育健壮的苦瓜嫁接苗,有效控制幼苗的徒长,以白籽南瓜和无棱丝瓜两种砧木类型的苦瓜嫁接苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度多效唑浸泡砧木种子处理对其嫁接苦瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:分别用18 000和24 000倍液多效唑浸泡白籽南瓜砧木种子和无棱丝瓜砧木种子均能有效降低苦瓜嫁接苗幼苗株高、增加茎粗、提高植株总鲜重和根鲜重以及壮苗指数与叶片相对叶绿素含量(SPAD值),但对根干重、地上部干重和根冠比影响不大。
