- 针对东北春玉米春季低温冷害频发的问题,选取了4个不同熟期的玉米品种为试材,首先在低温4、5、6、7 ℃确定参试品种芽期及低温胁迫处理的临界温度,然后配制植物激素类、抗生素类以及植物激素和抗生素混合的11种制剂组合,在低温胁迫处理下测定玉米的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标,以筛选出高效的耐低温制剂。结果表明:通过对4个发芽指标的比较,确定临界温度为5 ℃;11个制剂中芸苔素混剂可以提高4个品种的各发芽指标及田间出苗率,综合抗冷剂988及水稻抗冷剂则均表现为抑制作用;田间试验中早熟品种庆单9号对耐低温包衣制剂的响应好于晚熟品种先玉335。
- Abstract:
- In view of the frequent cold injury of spring maize in Northeast China, four maize varieties at different maturity stages were selected as test materials.Firstly, the critical temperature of low temperature stress treatment at budding stage was determined at 4,5,6 and 7 ℃,respectively.Then, plant hormones, antibiotics, plant hormones and antibiotics were mixed as 11 kinds of seed coating agents.The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of maize were determined under low temperature stress to screen out highefficient and lowtemperaturetolerant preparations.The results showed that the critical temperature of germination of four varieties was 5 ℃ by comparing the germination indexes of four varieties.The mixture of brassinolide in 11 preparations could improve the germination index and field emergence rate of four varieties, and the comprehensive coldresistant agent 988 and rice coldresistant agent all showed inhibition effects.The response of Zhongqingdan 9 and Hanyu 5 to low temperature resistant coatings was better than that of Xianyu 335 and Zhongdongyu 1 in field experiments.
