- 通过测定四个桂花品种叶片在冰点以下不同温度及持续时间的相对电导率大小和丙二醛的含量变化,研究植物细胞质膜稳定性和透性,确定冰点以下不同温度对桂花叶片的危害程度,找出冻害的起点温度和致死温度。结果表明:温度低于-10℃,延续4 h曲线出现拐点,叶片明显受害;温度低于-14℃,2 h之内,叶片明显受害。从而可知温度-10℃为受害临界温度。为桂花在北方户外正常安全的越冬提供了理论依据。
- Abstract:
- The damage caused its temperature, and temperature in order to study the damage. Thus, it is necessary to study plant cell membrane permeability and the conductivity is measured by malondialdehyde(MDA) content. By measuring the conductivity and the content of MDA, so that could understand their minimum lethal temperature. According to its lowest temperature, and to come up with solutions to the normal security osmanthus outdoor winter in the north provides a theoretical basis.
